One of the most important equipment in any lubrication or coolant system is the filtration. The filters have to be designed correctly both for filtration clarity and pressure drop during operation. Filtration area determines the pressure drop and the dirt holding capacity. Larger the filtration area, longer the interval between filter cleaning. Type of Fluid, Operating, pressure, temperature, viscosity, filtration clarity and medium are taken in to consideration while designing and building the filters. Our Filters are available in many materials of construction and design. The end connections are either inline, offset or same side, to suit your particular construction requirements, with a variety of end connections. Prism Fluids manufactures Simplex, Duplex and Inline filters, in basket, cartridge or bag filter design, depending on operational requirements.
