Prejacking Systems

Prism designs & manufacturespre-jacking systems for jacking of heavily loaded shafts as in the case of heavy duty motors or tilting pad bearings and gear box of coal mill. Systems can be designed only for jacking or for both jacking and lubrication. Typical jacking pressures can be up to 250 bar with flow rates ranging from 1 LPM to 35 LPM. For lube oil circulation the flows can range from 10 LPM up to 500 LPM with operating pressures reaching 10 bar. Depending on the system requirements instrumentation & automation can be designed.
