Prism’s Oil Flow Monitors are compact, rugged & reliable and are specially developed to precisely control & monitor the oil flow to the paper machine bearings. Our Oil Flow Monitors are specifically designed to measure the flow of viscous fluids and work on the variable area principle, where a metallic float raises inside a variable area tube and the flow rate can be read off the adjacent scale. The amount of oil flow is adjustable by means of a valve integral to its housing. We offer these Oil Flow Monitors in the range of 0.1 to 1.1 LPM & from 0.3 to 3 LPM. These are available in 2, 4, 6 or 8 outletconfigurations. All the Oil Flow Monitors are individually tested and calibrated prior to shipment.
