Oil Flow Monitors

Prism’s flow monitors are compact, & reliable developed to precisely control & monitor the oil flow to the paper machine bearings. They work on the variable area principle, where a metallic float raises inside a variable area tube and the flow rate can be read off the adjacent scale. The amount of oil flow is adjusted by means of a built-in needle valve. We offer these Oil Flow Monitors in the range of 0.1 to 1.1 LPM ,0.3 to 3 LPM& 0.3 to 7LPM. These are available in 2, 4, 6 or 8 outlet configurations, with or without switches and are available in fully acrylic or acrylic – metal materials.

Fluids : Water, Lube oil

Viscosity : upto 220 CST

Flow range : 0.1 – 1.1 LPM

                       0.3 – 3.0 LPM

                       0.3 – 7.0 LPM
